How to access our services

Home / Housing & Support / How to Access our Services

Adullam provides and manages a wide variety of services of varying sizes in locations around the East and West Midlands, the North West, and South Yorkshire.

As a result of the various locations and different means through which projects are funded, the ways in which they are accessed vary.

Here are the details of how to access our services:

People who are homeless in this area are assessed by St Helens Council Housing Options.

If they are homeless and have a support need, they are referred on Mainstay for an assessment by the Gateway Officers.

Gateway Assessment Officers complete the assessments, and Mainstay matches that person to the most suitable provider based on the contract specifications. This could be Adullam.

If so, Gateway Officers refer to Adullam and we accept and place, or they will be added to the waiting list for the service.
