STAIRs

Home / About Us / STAIRs

STAIRs stands for Social Tenants Access to Information Requirement scheme. It is a new standard introduced by the UK Government to make it easier for tenants of private sector social housing providers, such as Adullam Homes Housing Association, to get information. The exact date for when STAIRs will come into law has not been announced. A lot of the information that we need to publish under STAIRs is already available on this website. To make it easy to find, we have organised the information using the STAIRs classifications, with links to relevant pages on our website where appropriate.
