Valuable Tenant Involvement

Useful feedback and ideas for future activities have been gained from a resident forum held at Adullam’s Denbighshire service.

Corey, Rebecca, and Ryan attended a get-together at our Rhyl-based Denbigh project, hosted by Learning & Engagement Officer Jan Evans.

The three are currently residents in our properties, so Jan encouraged them to provide feedback on the services they receive from Adullam. Input from our tenants, residents and service users (TRS) is vital to help improve services, and Adullam ensures it listens and adapts where appropriate and practical.

The residents chatted about how they are happy with their properties, and the Adullam service. They commented that their Service Coordinators have been a great help to them, and how appreciative they are of the work they do.

They said they have enjoyed activities that Jan has organised over the previous 12 months, and now are planning on organising an online video game match against a branch of Clwyd Alyn, another local housing provider. There were also discussions about a trip to climb Snowdon later in the year.

After the feedback session, the three of them got together to help build a new coffee table for the lounge at the project. They had a lot of fun putting it together and it has become a very useful addition at the project base.
