Ordinary people, extraordinary stories.
Adullam is an equal opportunities employer. We are committed to a policy of equality of opportunity and freedom from discrimination on the grounds of race, gender, age, sexuality, religious or political belief, marital status or disability. It is our policy that all recruitment and selection procedures will be carried out with due regard to both the spirit of equal opportunity and the letter of current legislation.
It is usual practice for vacancies to be advertised on the Association’s website and in local papers or specialist magazines. After the closing date, applicants will be short listed to attend an assessment centre.
The assessment centre is designed to test the following behavioural indicators:
At the assessment centre you will be asked to complete a series of tasks which will be observed by a panel of staff who are usually the interview panel. Following the assessment, there will be a final shortlist of candidates to be interviewed, although occasionally all candidates will go through to the interview stage.
During the interview you will be asked a series of standard and individual questions to find out more about you and your interest in the role.
At the end of the interviews, the panel will agree on the best candidate for the job based on the assessment and the interview.
