What we hold dear

Adullam is a Housing Association founded on Christian principles. Our ethos states that "The organisation is accountable to God for the way that we conduct ourselves. Christian beliefs and insight underpin our values and guide our day-to-day work as we strive for the highest standards of professional practice".

Our Values

Everyone is treated with respect and dignity in an atmosphere of trust and openness. We recognise, understand and champion anti-discriminatory practice. And we support people to deal with inequality and overcome direct and indirect discrimination.

Confidentiality is crucial. We fully support an individual's right to maintain control over personal information. People have the right to make informed choices about their own service delivery. And if a person is incapable of exercising this right, then we'll make sure an advocate is provided.

We celebrate diversity of opinion and promote services that cater for those differences. This includes providing an effective forum to positively communicate different viewpoints.

We embrace inclusivity and diversity. All aspects of service planning and provision respect individual religious and cultural sensitivities.

Only by working with integrity can we form strong partnerships with staff and statutory and voluntary agencies.
