We’re currently looking for a Maintenance Administrator to provide a comprehensive maintenance-led administration support service in line with the Association’s policies and procedures.
Responsible for supporting and assisting in monitoring and maintaining the associations service contracts and property database you’ll also contribute to a comprehensive multi-skilled and professional maintenance administrative service and assist the Maintenance Surveyor and Voids Co-ordinator in a variety of administration duties and documentation functions.
Developing a working knowledge of the association’s policies and procedures you’ll liaise and challenge contractors to ensure work orders issued are dealt with efficiently and effectively. You’ll establish and maintain proactive liaison throughout the association and support the Head of Asset Management in the administration processes of compiling reports and documentation.
In addition you’ll guarantee all service contract certificates, fire risk assessments and any related health and safety documentation are kept in good order and remain readily accessible.
You’ll have the ability to assume a heavy workload and work under minimum supervision. You’ll be able to play a full and supportive role within a national maintenance team. It would be beneficial if you had experience of administration in maintenance orientated environment, although this is not essential experience of working within a Housing Association or Local Authority delivering maintenance would also be advantageous. You’ll have strong IT skills with knowledge of a variety of software such as, word, excel, databases and outlook.
Due to the nature of the role you’ll be willing to occasionally travel to meeting, seminars, road shows etc as required.

We currently have two Project Worker opportunities available, one at Staffordshire High Level Service and one at Women’s Services Project in Congleton.
The primary purposes of these posts are to co-ordinate a multi-agency response through a person-centred support package for vulnerable people who have been excluded from accommodation or are at risk of becoming homeless. You’ll be responsible for the delivery of a person-centred support package that is tailored to each individual accessing the service, under the guidance and supervision of a senior/manager.
The support will assist service users in developing the skills required to maintain their tenure, enabling them to re-establish themselves in the community and move on to independent living. You must behave in a way consistent with our values and standards and deliver an excellent professional service.
You’ll act consistently with our values, giving support and encouragement to others. You’ll have knowledge and understanding of the needs of homeless people, young people and teenage parents as well as the relevant support agencies that service users may need. Knowledge of current welfare benefits and related entitlements are essential along with basic IT skills. Additionally you’ll be a clear communicator with the ability to make consensus decisions.
Due to the nature of the role an enhanced CRB check is required. You must hold a current clean driving licence and have access to own transport.

FEMALE Concierge Night Worker – 2 posts

Liverpool Domestic Abuse Accommodation Service

These posts have a genuine occupational requirement for a female worker. Both posts are based in new services (in Liverpool 8 and Liverpool 4) providing accommodation and 24/7 support to women at risk of domestic abuse.
The Concierge Night Worker works between 9:45pm, and 8am, on a rota basis, ensuring that the buildings remain secure and hazard free. Should any of the residents require assistance during these hours, you will be able to provide an appropriate response.
