If you are looking for accommodation and support, contact the project directly and ask for an application form.
Some projects only accept referrals from other agencies, such as social services or housing. You will be told if this is the case and who you should contact to be referred.
When we receive your application form, we will contact you to arrange an interview, unless you do not meet the criteria for that project, or if the project does not keep a waiting list and there are currently no vacancies. If this is the case, we will give you information about other agencies that might be able to help you.
Following the interview, we will discuss your application to make sure we are able to meet your needs and provide the appropriate support and will let you know the decision as soon as possible.
If we are able to meet your needs, we will tell you when you can expect to move in and what you need to bring with you.
If your application is not successful, you have the right to appeal using our appeals procedure.
