Adullam has committed to becoming an Investor in Excellence. Investors in Excellence is a pioneering programme which drives improved performance and results. The standard deals with every aspect of an organisation and Investors in Excellence will provide powerful evidence of our capabilities and performance. Investors in Excellence is aligned to the EFQM Excellence Model, one of the world's premier management tools.
Investors in Excellence will enable us to easily understand how we are performing and to identify opportunities to improve in all key areas, including people, customers, leadership and strategy. It is based on a standard of performance that ensures the recognised elements of good business practice are in place.
Achieving Investors in Excellence is only the first step to becoming an excellent organisation. It will demonstrate that we are making good progress and we will work on a programme of continuous improvement to continue the journey towards becoming an award winner in the future.
